Safety Equipment for Work with Electricity

SAFETY

First we consider why we should design a safety manual befor design any electricity project. This electrical project could be a Mini Hydro power plant small transmission  line or any thing.
In this case authorized  person and unauthorized  person work with these things.if there is no limitation eny people can work what thay want, that is why we should publish a safety manual.
This manual should be a very simple.
Think .A company  doing a special duty.(Electrical supply and distribution work)
This  company must ensure
About theses facts.

1-The  safety of each employees
2-The safety of his workmates.
3-The safety of the public.
4-The safety of equipment and property.

Safety equipments
Safety belts

Employees must wear their safety belts at all time when up poles and structures and shall use their safety belts Continuesly except when changing position.
When employees sitting on the hydraulic platforms no need to ware safety belts.

And  before trusting his weight to the safety belt the employee shall make sure that the fastening s are properly engange and that he ia  secure in the  safety  belts

Insulation Gloves
It gives a primary protection when they are wore fro direct handling of live conductors on voltage up to 6kv.
When gloves are worn as secondary protection orto protect against voltage rises during faults.as for instance when operating Hv air brake swithes or isolators .o r  when  applyingor removing earth sticks gloves with 10000v test voltage are acceptable for all voltage.

Other Transmission Type

Information about my example.

What is This Transmission?

Electric power transmission is the bulk transfer of electrical energy, from generating power plants to electrical substations located near demand centers. This is distinct from the local wiring between high-voltage substations and customers, which is typically referred to as electric power distribution.
 "power grid"  or "National Grid".
Transmission lines, when interconnected with each other, become transmission networks. The combined transmission and distribution network is known as the "power grid" in North America, or just "the grid". In the United Kingdom, the network is known as the "National Grid".
wide area synchronous grid, also known as an "interconnection" in North America, directly connects a large number of generators delivering AC power with the same relative frequency, to a large number of consumers.

The same relative frequency, but almost never the same relative phase as ac power interchange is a function of the phase difference between any two nodes in the network, and zero degrees difference means no power is interchanged; any phase difference up to 90 degrees is stable by the "equal area criteria"; any phase difference above 90 degrees is absolutely unstable; the interchange partners are responsible for maintaining frequency as close to the utility frequency as is practical, and the phase differences between any two nodes significantly less than 90 degrees; should 90 degrees be exceeded, a system separation is executed, and remains separated until the trouble has been corrected.
